Rates

$160 per 50 minute session.

Payment

I accept cash, checks, or credit card at the beginning of session.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.

Insurance

I am an in-network provider for Anthem BCBS, and can also work as an out-of-network provider for any PPO plan. Contact my admin team at (714) 706.0206 or pcc@oak.care for assistance verifying eligibility.
